Can someone tell me what chili pepperinos are, and why the guy in
"Playing the Ponies" was so willing to eat them?

Thanks.

Pepperinos aren't that bad, as long as you wash them down with a big
swig of kerosene.

Try it!

Stay safe,

I think KBC is being facetious (not-to-mention Stoogy) with that
kerosene gag.

Gee, no kidding?
Guess all the readers of this NG are credulous morons who couldn't survive a

We may be morons, but at least we're organized: Amalgamated Association of
Morons, Local 6 and 7/8's. "We are morons, tried and true; and we'll do our
yell for you: NYYAHHH!"

Perhaps I should have posted a disclaimer identifying my suggestion to
try the kerosene chaser as facetiousness.

If any poster has indeed attempted this, based on my recommendation;
please note that I have a very meager income (I'm an unemployed
"Brighto" salesman. There is absolutely no point in "gettin' yerself a
cheap lawyer" and attempting legal action against me.

There, that covers it.......
